The Muthoot Enterprises, from its humble beginning in 1939 at Kozhencherry, with its implicit faith in God and intense commitment to the customers has grown in to a mammoth operation. With eleven divisions, it has grown beyond the boundaries of Kerala to all over India and even beyond. It has touched the lives of hundreds and thousands of people and has stood by many in their hour of need.

The motto of The Muthoot Group is “Unchanging Values in changing times.” The values such as honesty, sincerity, confidence and service have been the watchwords of the groups.

Among the 14 divisions, health care and education have been of special interest to the group. The hospital at Kozhencherry and now at Pathanamthitta and the St. George School at Delhi speak of volumes for their commitment to the community.

The 300 bed Muthoot Hospital at Kozhencherry is one of the Largest and most well equipped tertiary centers in Central Kerala. It has over 40 specialist doctors and over 60 different support systems to help the doctors to provide the highest quality medical care.  

Muthoot Medical Centre provides most modern treatment and facilities in general medicines and other medical specialties like Cardiology, Neurology, Pediatrics and Neonatology, Dermatology &  Venereology, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology and Nephrology. Medical Centre has all the facilities for General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Urology, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, ENT, Anesthesiology, Mallio-Facial Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology. It offers Executive Health check-up also.
